What should you do if you find a product quality issue?

Please communicate with us within one week of receiving the goods. We will handle it for you, including resending the package or issuing a refund. Since our products (clothing and bags) are daily consumables, if more than one week has passed, we will assume that there is no quality issue with the product, and we will not be responsible for any damage caused by use.

My package says delivered, but I didn’t receive it.
